About the role You are the expert in the Category and champion the needs of the retailer within the WBA business owning the commercial plans to deliver the trade strategy and commercial targets for the retailer. Role in based in Nottingham, 37.5 hours, 12 months secondment. This team reports into the No7 Beauty Company business unit but with very close links and working hand in glove with the Beauty business unit in Boots UK. You will report into the Commercial Director UK & Ireland with direct reports and a team. Key responsibilities of the role include : Owner of brand commercial plans to deliver the trade strategy and commercial targets for the retailer (revenue, profitability and share). Owner of customer/channel KPI's (revenue, profitability and share) for reporting and input into the No7BC and Boots UK financial governance cycle. Build plans to maximise the commercial delivery for both parties. Full Account P&L responsibility including investment ratio management. Work cross-functionally to define and implement strategy that will deliver retail objectives, optimise growth opportunities and mitigate risk. What you'll need to have Authority on strategic planning & value creation. Authority on account management, JBP's & category insights. Authority on retailer category strategies, ways of working and organisational structure. Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in a highly matrixed organisation. Customer relationship management expert with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external). High level of Commercial first thinking when looking at customer development. It would be great if you also have Previous experience at this level within WBA or previous organisation's.
