Quality & Reporting Lead – Shared Services | Up to £45,000

A large, well‑established organisation that is continuing to invest in its Shared Services function and is now looking to appoint a Quality & Reporting Lead.
This is a newly created role, reporting into senior leadership, with a clear mandate to own quality, reporting and insight across core finance processes within the Shared Service centre.
The role
You’ll sit at the heart of the Shared Services operation, helping to ensure a consistent, high‑quality service across OTC, PTP and RTR. The focus is on combining hands‑on quality assurance with meaningful reporting and analysis to support continuous improvement.
Key areas include:
* Auditing service tickets and outputs against SOPs and SLAs
* Producing clear, value‑adding dashboards and quality reports for senior stakeholders
* Analysing volume and utilisation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Supporting SOx and internal control standards
* Working closely with SSC leads to embed best practice and reduce rework
* Contributing to data quality and cleansing initiatives
What they’re looking for
* Experience in a Shared Services / SSC environment or working across a process improvement role within finance
* Exposure to OTC, PTP or RTR processes
* Strong analytical and reporting capability, with the confidence to explain insights clearly
* Comfortable operating in a controls‑focused or SOx‑aware environment
* Power BI experience preferred (but not essential)
