Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Work is responsible for:
1. building 2-3 projects simultaneously, between $1 and $5 million each
2. managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
3. serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
4. managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent
5. representing the firm in a positive manner at all times

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Work has:
6. at least 5 years of construction project management experience
7. a background in high-end commercial fit-out work
8. the ability to move quickly on fast-paced projects
9. communication skills, both written and verbal
10. strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
11. a Bachelor's Degree

12. base salary up to $150,000
13. car allowance ($400 monthly)
