We are recruiting for a full-time Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor to support within a specialist school setting in Oldham.
This role is ideal for someone from a coaching, fitness or youth work background looking to transition into education.
You will support pupils with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation through structured activity and positive relationship-building.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Delivering structured activities and engagement sessions
* Supporting behaviour management strategies
* Acting as a positive role model
* Supporting classroom learning where required
* Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
Qualifications
* Coaching, sports or youth work background
* Confidence supporting behaviour
* Strong communication skills
* Energetic and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
