Corfe Hills School is seeking a Teacher of Design Technology to join our dynamic team. Could you be the right fit?
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (M1 to M6/UP3)

This is a full-time position, with part-time considered. It is offered on a temporary basis for 12 months, with the potential for extension. The approximate start date is September 2025.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the learning and achievement of all pupils, promoting equality of opportunity.
* Maintain high standards of work and conduct, being responsible and accountable.
* Treat pupils with dignity, fostering mutual respect and appropriate boundaries.
* Collaborate effectively with learners, parents/carers, colleagues, and external agencies.
* Adhere to statutory frameworks, the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document, and Teacher Standards.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school/Trust.
Required Skills
* Adapt teaching to support diverse learning needs.
* Motivate learners using a variety of skills.
* Assess children effectively, using AfL strategies to inform planning.
* Set high expectations for behaviour and implement strategies to support them.
* Build positive relationships with parents and stakeholders.
* Work well within a team.
Essentially, we prefer candidates with previous experience teaching GCSE Product Design, and offering A-level Product Design is desirable. A valid driving license and personal transport are essential for travel across the Trust’s sites.
