Senior Client Accountant | Leeds City Centre (LS1) | Hybrid Working

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant from audit, practice, or broader professional services to transition into industry. You’ll join a high-performing finance team where your expertise will directly influence reporting, insight, and decision-making.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance, delivering high-quality financial reporting while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the preparation and review of management accounts and balance sheets
Leading month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting
Producing insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs
Acting as a key contact for audits, handling queries with confidence
Reviewing payment runs and approvals to ensure accuracy and control
Delivering meaningful MI and financial analysis to support decision-making
Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Background in audit, practice, or professional services (industry experience is a bonus, not essential)
Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills
Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership
