Our team in St Albans is looking for a dedicated and local Live-In Care Professional who drives to join us in making a difference.
As a Live-In Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services that allow clients to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion. Your role will include:
1. Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Driving clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
3. Providing companionship and engaging in activities to enhance the client's quality of life.
4. Preparing meals and assisting with household chores.
5. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
6. Having a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and business insurance.
7. Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential.
8. A compassionate and patient nature.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Ability to live in the client's home and provide care on a full-time basis.
