Reporting to the Area Delivery Manager, you'll be a key leader within the Area team, providing strong operational expertise and stepping in to lead the division when required. Your focus will be on driving performance, improving customer experience at every touchpoint, and supporting our field teams to succeed.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and operational success of the division, influencing the build of the divisional budget and working closely with Regional Delivery Managers to ensure it's delivered confidently and effectively. Through clear insight, strong coaching and collaborative leadership, you'll help turn plans into results.
