We have a wide customer base and typically repair, overhaul and install pumps, motors and gearboxes. Key Responsibilities Main Tasks and Deliverables: General Admin -Maintain filing system, file reports, manage creation of new folders and archiving -Scan Delivery notes for filing online and manage collection of them -Order stationery -Book hotel accommodation when required -Provide general administrative support to the team -Use in house software (training provided) Purchasing -Issue and process purchase orders to suppliers, from initial PO number allocation through to goods receipting -Follow up overdue orders with suppliers and advise of order status -Ensure completion of purchase order log, status update and confirmation of goods received Health & Safety -Support Office Manager to communicate Rubix H&S messages to the team -Print & issue Toolbox talks for team completion, chase up completion -Issue H&S documents as part of new starters induction pack HR -Check holiday request authorisations -Book training courses -Keep training files and tracker up to date
