Sales Administrator Bicester Salary: Up to £26,000 (depending on experience) Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire Type: Full-time, Permanent Were recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected business based in Bicester, who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual to take on a key role supporting sales operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the UK and Europe. The Role As a Sales Administrator youll be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, processing quotations and orders, and maintaining strong communication with both clients and internal teams. Youll work closely with departments such as Application Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met on time and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing. Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal teams. Coordinate with departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and correspondence. Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities. Anticipate customer needs and communicate potential requirements. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and procedures. The Person The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing sales admin or coordination role. Experience within an international or industrial/manufacturing environment is advantageous. Strong technical aptitude and numeracy skills. Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications. Good understanding of planning and international supply chain networks. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
