We are looking for a flexible and safety conscious Ramp Assistant to assist our business in maintaining a smooth operation by ensuring our aircraft are flight ready. This is a hands‑on role based right at the heart of an exciting airport environment. A Ramp Assistant is a vital role within the Operations Team and ensures the aircraft, staff and students have everything they need to safely take to the skies.

Compensation: £25,397 / year
Role Duties
* Ensure all aircraft are appropriately refuelled and oil levels at the required level
* Ensure all aircraft are cleaned and fit for flight, both internally and externally
* Move aircraft in and out hangar and around the apron as required
* Maintain hangar cleanliness.
* Carry out de‑icing duties as required
* Maintain a high standard of safety and presentation at all times when operating.
* Undertake daily, weekly and monthly vehicle and ground equipment and fuel checks
* Escort visitors airside as required
* Provide vital support to the Operations Team
* Demonstrate and uphold the company’s core values in all actions, decisions, and interactions.
