Project Officer: 37.5hr fixed term to 31/05/26

An exciting opportunity exists within our Digital Programmes Team, liaising with our health partners, including acute hospitals, community services, and GP practices.
The Project Officer will be a key member of the team driving a transformational IT modernisation programme, supporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance of project documents and data.
* Working with user groups, including support to users.
* Project coordination and administration of project/programme meetings.
* Support the development and maintenance of project documents and data collection systems.
* Gather, interpret and present information.
* Help introduce user‑led design to projects.
* Provide project coordination across multiple digital programmes/projects.
