Your new role
This remote working Employment Tribunal Advocacy role will see you join an already established team. You will enjoy an interesting caseload of Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal proceedings. You will support with legal opinions and case management advice for clients and assess cases in light of insurance and indemnity backing. You will also liaise with clients in respect of the assessment of costs and costs exposure and negotiate settlements.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced employment lawyer with strong litigation and advocacy experience at both Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal level. With good client care skills, you will be able to work effectively within a team.
