Job Description
Stairlift Engineer jobs in Poole at Stannah – join the team! Salary up to £54,000 (incl OTE) based on skills and experience level. We are looking to recruit a qualified Domestic Engineer with stairlift and home lift experience for a job at a market‑leading family‑run business.
Stannah, a global leader in the lift industry, seeks a qualified Stairlift Engineer to cover a service route across Southern Hampshire and Dorset. This role will involve working on the domestic side.
Working Hours
0800 to 1645 Mon‑Thu and 0800 to 1545 Fri.

Stairlift Engineer Responsibilities
* Conduct maintenance, repair, and call‑out visits on a wide range of stairlifts, hoists and home lifts.
* Ensure high‑quality service and safety standards.
* Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
* Participate in the on‑call rota and receive additional standby allowance and call‑out payment.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 in Lift Engineering or equivalent (the company will train to NVQ Level 2 for the right candidate).
* Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or Domestic Engineer within the lift industry.
* A valid UK driving licence.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
