* Demonstrated excellent track record and highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law.
* Partner with depth of knowledge in development, investment, regeneration and general commercial property matters.
* Senior Commercial Property Associates frustrated at a lack of progression seeking the next step on the career ladder are encouraged – you must have a following for this role.
* Play a key role in the firm’s exciting growth phase and be part of a national law firm with a clear growth strategy via lateral hires.
* Have a strong network of contacts and be a motivational leader.
* Provide supervision and support to senior and junior team members.
* Exemplify excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction and offer exceptional client care.
