Job Overview
To plan, direct and organise assigned projects whilst ensuring a professional service at all times. Co-ordinating with customers, engineering teams and procurement to ensure projects are completed within programme and budget, to assist other Project Mangers in their day-to-day tasks as and when required.
Main Duties
* Contract review of nominated project files
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with budget and Strict financial control
* Attending meetings at site / clients premises as required
* WIP accountability and completion
* Bringing on board new subcontractors and engineers to bolster our industry position
* Completing audits, both product and site
* Liaising with client and engineers and sub-contractors to ensure delivery as per program
* Ensuring handover paperwork from engineer & sub-contractors is submitted for invoicing
* Daily database management, i.e. work bank and monthly forecast of nominated projects
* Any other duties commensurate with your skills and experience
* To ensure Health and Safety Compliance - Provision of Risk Assessments and Method Statements, reporting Accidents, near Miss and Dangerous Occurrences.
