You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have proven Key Stage 2 experience, with a strong specialism in Year 4. Highly skilled in delivering the KS2 curriculum, you must be able to plan creative and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs. Strong classroom routines, clear expectations, and positive reinforcement underpin your practice, resulting in consistently high standards of behaviour and engagement.
