We are currently seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join our dedicated Residential Lettings team and play a crucial role in our business.At Richard James Lettings, we don't just let properties – we provide a seamless, professional experience that makes life easier for both landlords and tenants. The Role

As a Lettings Administrator / Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our lettings process - managing property listings, coordinating compliance, and ensuring every landlord, tenant, and colleague receives accurate, timely support.

Key Responsibilities

* Registering applicants with a high level of accuracy, both face to face and through various media methods

* Coordinating diaries to ensure maximum efficiencies for the team

* Marketing administration including preparation of marketing materials.

* Responsible for weekly property audits, ensuring complete and correct information.

* Managing keys and ensuring full accountability.

* Booking and generating market appraisals.

* Cross-selling additional services where appropriate.

* Handling general enquiries professionally and efficiently.

* Negotiating Offers for landlords and tenants

* Coordinating compliance checks (EPC, Gas Safety, EICR, AML/ID, Right to Rent, Sanctions).

* Processing tenant applications, deposits, and referencing.

* Liaising with landlords and tenants to provide excellent customer service.Qualifications & Skills

* Previous experience in property lettings or a related field is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

* Knowledge of local housing regulations and laws is beneficial.

* A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

* IT literate (Microsoft Office, CRM systems such as Reapit desirable).

* Driving Licence (preferred).

Schedule

* Full-time, permanent role.

* Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays. (Lieu Day)
