Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Master Technician to join our Ford dealership in Sittingbourne.
As a master technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:
* Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
* Coach and monitor the technical workforce within the service department
* Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
* Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
* Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
This position is offered on a full-time 45 hour working week paying £44,800 with and an OTE of £52,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Master Technician earnings were £55,000 last year!
Required Skills & Experience
To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
* Previous senior technician or master technician level qualification or experience
* MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
* Fantastic verbal and written English skills
* Previous experience working in a franchised dealership
