As a Receptionist/Patient Advisor, your role is to make patients feel welcome from the moment they enter our clinics.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with patients and communicating effectively prior to and following treatment
* Assisting in patient consultations
* Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
* Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
* Introducing patients to their optometrist
* Scheduling treatment dates
* Discussing finance options
* Accurately maintaining patient records
