We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator/Secretary to join our professional client and provide essential support across financial administration and office coordination.
About The Role
In this varied position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both finance and administrative functions. You will support day-to-day accounting processes, maintain accurate financial records, and provide efficient secretarial and administrative assistance to the wider team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Processing invoices, expenses, and basic financial transactions
* Assisting with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
* Supporting budgeting and reporting activities
* Managing correspondence, filing, and document control
* Providing secretarial support including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident with numbers and administrative systems
* Experienced in office administration or finance support (preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
