This role offers the chance to work alongside a highly experienced, award-winning Head Chef, gaining valuable training and experience in a seasonally changing menu featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients – some grown on-site The Job: • Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes in a modern British style. • Assisting in maintaining the daily specials and seasonally changing menus. • Ensuring food preparation meets Rosette-level standards. • Working efficiently during service, covering 25-40 covers on weekdays and 40-60 on weekends. • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the kitchen. • Supporting junior kitchen staff and working collaboratively with the team.
