Lucid Strategy Consulting
brings depth of expertise in the research, development and commercialisation of solutions across therapeutic areas and modalities by streamlining product development, building operational capabilities, innovating, and supporting execution to create value for patients, clients and shareholders.

Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data
* Provide user support and training to People Team members and employees on HRIS usage and functionalities.
* Support payroll processing responsibilities, including assisting with data collection, verification, and coordination with finance and external payroll vendors as needed
* Generate regular reports and conduct analyses as needed, with guidance and support from the people data & insights specialist
* Maintain consistent communication on the progress of assignments and projects within the People Team, ensuring timely updates on tasks and initiatives
* Serve as administrative support within the people team, actively observing and learning from experienced team members to enhance skills and understanding of HR practices
* Respond to team requests promptly and appropriately, demonstrating a proactive and service-oriented approach
* Receive direction from all members of the people team and execute work accordingly, showing flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and projects

Essential
What we're looking for

* 1-2 years of demonstratable experience in HR administration
* Demonstrated proficiency in navigating and utilizing HRIS platforms
* Strong attention to detail; demonstrated accuracy in correspondence and work
* Ability to manage and adjust to competing priorities
* Professional demeanor and presentation, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated high level of organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

Desirable

* Able to foster collaborative working relationships and navigate/manage stakeholder expectations at all levels
* Enthusiastic about the opportunity
* Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
* Experience working within HiBob (HRIS)
