As an Account Support Team Leader, you will manage and develop a team of Account Support Executives, whilst also owning relationships with a portfolio of dealers. You will drive team performance, ensure operational excellence and work closely with Sales, Risk and Credit teams to support dealer growth. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach and develop the Account Support Executive team. Run regular 1-2-1's and performance reviews. Improve call quality, sales conversations and customer relationships. Monitor KPIs and quickly address underperformance. Drive utilisation, credit line increases and new applications. Manage inbound/outbound calls and your own dealer portfolio. Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk and Customer Service teams. Support Heads of Sales and the Sales Director with reporting, data and admin. Ensure accurate use of Salesforce and internal systems. Identify risks and improve processes. What We’re Looking For Experience of leading, mentoring/coaching and motivating a team within the automotive or vehicle finance sector or a telesales environment would be an advantage. However, we are equally interested in candidates from other fast paced target-driven environments. Confident communicator with excellent listening and written skills. Sales-driven mindset with experience of working to targets. IT proficient (Microsoft Office & Outlook); Salesforce knowledge desirable.
