Position: Kitchen Assistant
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Kitchen Assistant. Your focus will be to support food preparation and maintain a clean environment to ensure the safe production of beverages and meals, delivering high-quality service to residents. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Understanding safe food handling principles to uphold hygiene standards.
2. Contributing to team efforts, responding positively to colleagues, and promptly following work instructions.
3. Advising on supplies and ensuring timely ordering of necessary items.
4. Respecting the dignity and individuality of residents and acting accordingly towards them and their visitors.

Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and maintain high personal hygiene standards.
* Have knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
* Be physically capable of sustained effort and able to handle a demanding workload.
* Show initiative and flexibility in team settings.
* Exhibit a caring and understanding attitude towards residents.

This role requires:
* A DBS Disclosure check, with costs covered by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
