We work closely with Local Authorities, support providers and communities to ensure that vulnerable individuals have access to safe, secure and well-managed homes. Our portfolio includes homes for people with learning difficulties and mental health conditions as well as high quality general needs housing for individuals and families.

We are now seeking to recruit Non-Executive Board Members who share our values and want to play a key role in shaping the future of Parasol to join our Resident Committee and sit on The Board of Parasol Homes. Role Description
The Board of Parasol Homes, alongside its Executive Leadership Team, is committed to strengthening the voice, views and interests of residents. To support this, a ‘Resident Committee’ has been established. The Committee’s primary function is to support The Board of Parasol Homes in carrying out its constructive challenge and effective oversight in line with National Housing Federation (NHF) requirements and regulatory standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making meaningful change, representing residents’ views, and working collaboratively with the Board, Executive Leadership Team, and other key stakeholders. Together, we aim to enhance our services and improve the experiences of Parasol Homes residents.
We are currently recruiting for:
• 2x Committee Members
• 1x Committee Chair
• 1x Co Optee
In addition to being on The Resident Committee; the Chair and committee members will sit on
the Board of Parasol Homes.
