Senior Quantity Surveyor

Contract: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities
* Lead a team and provide commercial and contractual advice as required.
* Ensure cash flow is maximised and provide commercial input.
* Monitor performance against KPI targets and support timely close of applications where appropriate.
* Prepare monthly cost reports and manage sub‑contractors.
* Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group policies for risk management.

What we need from you
* Experience on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, with like-for-like industry experience.
* Degree level education or equivalent experience, with proven experience in a similar role.
