This Primary Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2. This role would suit an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant or someone with relevant school-based experience looking to further develop their career in education.

Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teaching Assistant:
* Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom.
* Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Primary Teaching Assistant Will:
* Have previous experience working as a Primary Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role.
* Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable.
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Be confident supporting pupils with varying abilities.
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
* Have a fully checkable work history.
