Compliance Manager
I’m currently working with a global organisation looking to bring on a Compliance Manager to support their rights management, audit, and compliance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complex data work, enjoys problem-solving, and can communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and analysing large, complex datasets to produce accurate and insightful reports.
* Supporting internal audit, compliance, and rights management processes.
* Working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.
* Translating technical and legal information into plain English for clients and stakeholders.
* Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing data-driven process enhancements.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in compliance, internal audit, and/or rights management.
* Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level) and other MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
* Experience managing complex data, performing detailed analysis, and communicating insights effectively.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels.
* Strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen.
