Working hours, salary range, perks and bonus scheme:
* This is a part:time role with significant scope for growth.
* Its estimated this role to take circa 4 hours a day but the company are more interested in outcomes than inputs so the working day can be flexible provided the goals are achieved.
* A GBP 20,300 to A GBP 25,000 per year basic full:time equivalent salary (A GBP 10,150 to A GBP 12,500 basic per year as a part:time role)
* The minimum bonus expectation for you is A GBP 7,500 per year (this is uncapped, and strong performers could earn more than A GBP 18,000 in bonuses)
* This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home with daily video calls and 1 face to face meeting per month in London or Hertfordshire
* Learning + Development: sales training, access to 121 Coaching, access to group coaching workshops, membership to a Reader and Leaders book club program (total RRP +A GBP 20k per year)
