Job Description
Support the store manager across all operations and procedures, utilizing the core team to deliver the day-to-day objectives of high standards within store excellence in customer service and hitting targeted KPIs, all within JYSK concepts and guidelines.
Main KPIs include sales, stock accuracy, customer feedback, and many more.
This is a physically demanding role, and we are looking for managers with drive and ambition to achieve results in a demanding workload environment.
Must be flexible in working hours and demonstrate strong retail experience in stock control and team motivation.
As the business grows, we are seeking future talent within the DSM role, with the aim of securing future store managers within this talent pool.
