Aria Finance is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the BTL & Commercial department and advisors, covering all key mortgage processing, underwriting, and administration tasks to help achieve our required business levels and successful completions.
Key Accountabilities
o Ensure SLA’s are maintained and exceeded.
o Assisting team members to manage their caseloads in busy times and in times of absence.
o Maintain full records on systems, including clear and concise notes.
o General mortgage processing and administration duties including:
+ OMS data entry and taking registering new business enquiries
+ Credit reporting and land registry searches
+ Compiling and producing indicative terms to send to clients and brokers
+ DIP/AIP submissions to lenders
+ Customer fact finding for application forms
+ Registering and marking on daily post
+ Instructing valuations and chasing inspection dates and reports
+ Chasing solicitors and lenders for daily/weekly updates
o Adherence to procedure manuals and policies.
o Adhere to SLA’s in order to provide the best service to the customer.
o Harness the power of technology to streamline processes.
o Assist the team in order to achieve the highest service standards, deliver solutions to customers and help the business achieve its goals and objectives.
