If so, this role is a perfect opportunity to support our BrickLink community and organization!
This is a temporary position of approximately 1 year based on business needs.
Core Responsibilities
* Operate the future key account program related to the largest BrickLink sellers.
* Develop and operate the Community Expert program, including onboarding, role assignment, payment processing, rewards, etc.
* Resolve complex problems related to marketplace fees, financials, disputes.
* Develop integration plans for service and back office activities with the Consumer Shopper and Engagement Team.
* Serve as the primary contact for tax, compliance requests, problem member reports, fraud reports, account deactivations, bugs, etc.
* Improve the marketplace by solving community problems and reducing administrative workload.
* Set goals and own relevant data points to track progress on implementation, support, and quality.
* Maintain close relationships with internal partners like Legal, Tax, Finance, Fraud, and Product teams.
* Provide training on platform operations and produce documentation for BrickLink processes.
* Collaborate with the BrickLink Portal team to provide community input on platform priorities.

BrickLink hosts the largest online LEGO parts database and the free 3D building app, Studio. This role is a key interface between business, platform, support, and community engagement, ensuring a well-run platform that balances business needs and community support.
This includes providing timely support to members, handling cases including complex legal situations, and maintaining a trusted, compliant, and respectful platform environment.
Do you have what it takes?
* Experience with data-driven decision making and KPIs related to platform operations.
* Experience with legal and tax compliance globally.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with large audiences.
* Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and platform members.
* Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation.
* Understanding of LEGO brand voice and guidelines (preferred).
* Experience with community operations and tools like Jira, Confluence (preferred).
* Understanding of how LEGO seller businesses operate (preferred).
* Experience in a brand relations role with dedicated members (a plus).
Additional details on this position
The salary range is $120,400 - $180,700 USD, based on responsibilities, benchmarks, and organizational factors. Compensation details will be shared upon offer finalization.
