About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Recruitment Account Manager. You’ll be trained to manage client accounts, source top talent, and support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow client accounts by understanding hiring needs and delivering excellent service
* Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of roles
* Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
* Coordinate the recruitment process from job briefing to offer stage
* Write and post job adverts, manage applications, and maintain candidate pipelines
* Provide market insights and support clients with hiring strategies
* Meet and exceed KPIs and targets related to placements, activity, and client satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
