We’re looking for a Business Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the senior leadership team with contract management, governance and the successful delivery of work commissioned to NHS Employers—particularly on behalf of the NHS and the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong business management experience who can bring clarity, structure and excellent relationship‑building skills to a fast‑paced and high‑profile portfolio. About the role As a Business Manager you will: Provide proactive business support to the NHS Employers Chief Executive and leadership team Develop and maintain good working relationships with the DHSC contract manager and team Maintain and improve evaluation and performance reporting Assist in the production of costed business cases to support business growth Monitor expenditure against corporate budgets in association with the finance business partner About you We would love to hear from you if you: Have experience of business planning and performance management under pinned by strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret management information.
