Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Early Years practitioner to join a reputable Nursery in Wolverhampton. This full-time position is based in the Baby Room, working from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This role will lead to a permanent role, for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a UK Nursery setting and possess a recognised Early Years Qualification. Your role will involve providing high-quality care and education to children under the age of two, supporting their development through engaging, age-appropriate activities and fostering a safe, nurturing environment. Key responsibilities include: Planning and implementing stimulating activities tailored to infants' developmental needs. Promoting children's emotional, social, and physical development. Ensuring adherence to Nursery policies and safeguarding procedures. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members. Monitoring and recording individual children's progress and developmental milestones. The successful applicant will demonstrate a thorough understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
