About The Role
As a key member of our Fleet Team, you will conduct thorough vehicle inspections across our fleet and represent the business in a customer‑facing capacity.

West Drayton

This role reports to the Asset Manager.
Key Stakeholders
* Fleet Department
* Logistics Department
* Insurance Department
Hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00
Main Accountabilities
* Inspect vehicles and record evidence of any damage.
* Deliver customer service to internal and external clients in a fast‑paced environment.
* Prioritise workload to ensure effective and efficient operation of the department.
* Update fleet systems with accurate information.
* Use in‑house software systems.
* Adhere to health and safety standards while moving vehicles on site.
About You
* Hold a Full UK driving licence.
* Confident using IT systems, including inspection tablets.
* Have knowledge of vehicle damage (preferred).
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
