A high-growth,private equity-backed FMCG groupis appointing aGroup Treasurerto takefull ownership of treasuryacross a complex, international platform.
This is a genuinely senior role withvisibility, autonomy, and influence. You will sit at the heart of the value-creation agenda, shaping capital structure, liquidity strategy, and financial risk management as the business scales through its next phase of growth.
The opportunity:
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will own treasury end-to-end, operating as the groups senior authority on cash, funding, liquidity, and financial risk. You will work directly with private equity sponsors, lenders, and the executive team, with a clear mandate to professionalise, optimise, and future-proof the treasury function.
This is not a maintenance role. It is aboutbuilding, shaping, and influencing.
What youll do:
1. Own group-wide cash management, liquidity forecasting, and working capital optimisation
