Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and deployment of PLM solutions across tool, data, and processes
* Define and maintain PLM architecture, including data models, workflows, and integrations
* Establish and lead a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists and partners
* Collaborate with design teams to incorporate feedback into development strategy
* Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business and technical requirements
* Coordinate prototype delivery with internal teams, IT, and external vendors
* Oversee system testing and ensure quality and performance standards are met
* Support programme planning, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment
* Drive collaboration across transformation, engineering, and delivery teams
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience in BIM, PLM, or digital engineering environments
* Strong understanding of data-centric project delivery and lifecycle management
* Experience with Dassault System 3Dx or similar platforms
* Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience delivering complex solutions across large-scale projects
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
* Knowledge of engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors
* Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
