This is a fabulous opportunity to join a very successful family run business that supplies goods nationally. We are seeking a Customer focused and commercially minded individual, to be the key point of contact for their Clients. You will be handling enquiries, providing quotes and processing orders.
The role will involve:
*Answering telephone and email enquiries, whilst providing fantastic Customer Service
*Processing orders and notifying customers accordingly
*providing ongoing communication with Clients regarding delivery dates
*Dealing with general enquiries relating to product information and availability
We are seeking someone who:
*Can demonstrate strong Customer Service skills and good time management
*Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbally
*Good general Admin skills, including the use of Excel spreadsheets.
