Summary: Lead the EMEA Technical Solutions Consultants (TSC) team ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Manager, EMEA Technical Solutions Responsibilities: 1. Lead a TSC team in EMEA that resolves Monetization & Product issues, and escalations related to Meta's advertising solutions, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction 2. Apply expertise in problem solving and metrics-oriented thinking to see beyond the numbers and pull insights to help identify trends & opportunities to unblock revenue and reduce advertiser friction 3. Be a thought leader for data-informed initiatives and guide the team's direction overall in conjunction with your regional counterparts in Americas and APAC 4. Own executive stakeholder relationships across different organizations including Global Business Group, Product, and Engineering to develop and improve our solutions 5. Identify trends and key insights to drive impact to team goals, including user experience, bottom-line revenue, and operational efficiency 6. Coach and mentor an experienced team of individual contributors and managers Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 7. 8 years of work experience in technical and/or client facing role 8. 5 years of experience as a formal people manager 9. Demonstrated problem solving experience with experience gleaning business insights from large data sets 10. BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, Math/Finance, Physics, Economics, Statistics or other related field 11. Experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences 12.
