The Team
You will join a close-knit Employment team, working alongside experienced senior lawyers. The team advises predominantly respondent clients and handles a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing a supportive setting for junior solicitors to develop their skills.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join the team. The role involves a broad range of employment work, including:
Advising respondent clients on contentious and non-contentious matters
Drafting and advising on employment contracts
HR policies and procedures
Restrictive covenants
Discrimination matters
Disciplinary and grievance procedures
Restructuring and redundancy
Unfair dismissal
Employment Tribunal matters

Employment Solicitor between NQ-2 PQE
