Join a well-established utility company. iPower Flexible Energy Ltd is a Utility Regulator–licensed generator in the all-island electricity market. We're growing and now seeking a diligent Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to keep our finances and operations running smoothly in a hybrid role split between home and our Lisburn office.
Responsibilities
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Record daily financial transactions and perform bank/ledger reconciliations
* Manage payroll end-to-end for a small teram
* Prepare financial reports and management summaries
* Maintain accurate records and support adherence to financial policies and procedures
* Support the management team and electricity markets commercial team with admin and data tasks
Requirements
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a hands-on accounts role
* Payroll experience
* Proficiency with Xero (or similar accounting software)
* Fluent in Microsoft Word & Excel; strong general IT skills
* Clear communicator with excellent organisation, accuracy, and discretion

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
