I am recruiting several CARING and PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which is located in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, supports adults aged between 18 - 65.
The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 (including sleeps) + Plenty of overtime available!
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week + 1 sleep per week
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: A variety of shifts, including optional sleeps and weekends

Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.

Taking service users out into the community.
Varying levels of personal care.
