We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our passionate People Team. You'll work closely with Operations Managers across our services, acting as a trusted advisor and driving impactful people strategies that support our mission.
Your role at a glance
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and understand their teams inside out.
• Use people data and metrics to drive insight and action.
• Provide practical, clear HR advice and coaching across all people matters.
• Manage employee relations cases confidently and in line with best practice.
• Lead and support people initiatives in areas like engagement, retention, and performance.
• Collaborate across the wider People Team to enhance the employee experience.
What we're looking for
• Proven HRBP experience, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge, including UK employment law.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in using data to drive decisions.
• Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing at all levels.
