My client is looking for a BIA to help them with bridging the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. You will work collaboratively across departments to gather information, conduct data analysis, and translate insights into recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyse data from internal and external sources to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
* Data visualisation to communicate reports to non-tech teams.
* Maintain BI dashboards to provide real-time data and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
* Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
* Maintain strong data governance practices to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Experience:
* 5+ years in a similar position.
* Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
* Understanding of the insurance industry, ideal.
* Excellent communication skills.
