Our History: Mead Care was founded by Mr David Mead in 1997. We provide a number of Care Homes to include Specialist Dementia Services, Residential, Nursing, and Day Care Provision.
What you will be doing as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant at Mead Care, you will be primarily responsible for promoting and delivering person‑centred care, being mindful of each client’s age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity and spiritual needs. You will be involved in care planning, the review systems, quality assurance and general activities of the care home.
About you
You must register with the SSSC within 3 months of commencing employment with the company and fulfil registration requirements within the allotted time scale from the SSSC. Experience is not essential as full training will be given. Dedicated and compassionate, you’ll pride yourself on your person‑centred, thoughtful approach to care. Be confident in computerised systems and email.
