Job Description To deliver H&S and CDM consultancy services from our Manchester office to existing and new clients. The scope of services delivered by the role-holder is flexible, dependent upon the Client’s requirements, covering both CDM and H&S Management.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and where required, help the client manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulations.
* Establish positive relations with existing and new clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate.
* Represent Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner including meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with Clients in a timely manner.
* Contribute to all commissions, where responsibility is assigned, to ensure both Client's expectations / scope of service and the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s business management system are effectively discharged.
* Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits etc. on behalf of the Client.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations.
* Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors desired.
* Experience as a CDM Principal Designer would be an advantage, but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines.
* Good IT skills to generate reports and documents – essential.

Education And Professional Qualifications
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
* Full UK driving licence.
* NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent).
