Flexibility, including evenings and weekends, is essential. What will I be doing? The Room Attendant plays a key role in ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. They will also assist with guest requests and contribute to a seamless, five-star guest experience. Clean and service all allocated guest rooms to the required standards, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. Attend daily briefings and participate in training sessions as required. Remain alert to health and safety hazards and report any concerns immediately. Report any missing or damaged items in guest rooms (e.g., bathrobes, toiletries, or fixtures). Handle lost and found items in accordance with the hotel’s procedures. Promptly report any maintenance issues to the relevant department. Complete any additional cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor. Inform your supervisor of any rooms not requiring service or displaying a “Do Not Disturb” sign. Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed. Ensure that your designated corridor and pantry areas are clean and well-stocked before the end of your shift. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all assigned areas, including corridors, storage rooms, staff facilities, management offices, and ancillary spaces, in line with hotel standards. What are we looking for? Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment Confidence and professionalism when engaging with high-profile or VIP guests A keen eye for detail and consistently high standards of presentation Clear and confident spoken English Comfortable working independently, while also able to take direction as needed Strong time management and organisational skills Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required Who are we?
