Actual Salary: £23,988- £26,924

Working hours: 35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days INSET

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our committed team. This is a varied and rewarding role that will involve:

* Leading interventions that make a real impact in literacy, numeracy, social communication, and sensory needs
* Teaching lessons and providing high-quality cover when required
* Coordinating staff cover, timetables, and supporting smooth daily operations
* Overseeing and maintaining student plans (profiles, behaviour, medical and are) in partnership with families and professionals
* Providing pastoral and behaviour support through mentoring, restorative practice, and targeted programmes
* Planning, delivering, and coordinating bespoke, individualised learning programmes for students who are struggling to access lessons
* Supporting the organisation and scheduling of reviews and meetings with staff, students, parents, and external professionals
